I joined Beach Bodies alittle over a year ago and it has made such an impact and diffence to my life.
Prior joining, i was an unfit and tired 39 year old with a husband and 5 kids. I made little time or effort for myself and knew deep down that i needed to do something to improve my fitness and self asteem.
When walking past Beach Bodies training in the park i knew that is what i was looking for. The outdoor fitness training has much a more natural appeal for me, i love taking advantage of all natures training spots, eg sand dunes, beach, water and beautiful parks.
Since joining i have lost over 10kgs but gained so much more like, energy, confidence, friendships, fitness, new attitude, health and a much much better lifestyle.
Now a year on, i could not imagine my life without it. And would like to thank justine for encouraging and supporting me all the way to good health and fitness.

My name is Claude and I'm 29. Since training with Justine I can see some major changes in my physique. My fat doesn't jiggle anymore and my tummy is well on its way to my goal of six pack.
I recently moved to South Africa for personal reasons, but this didn't stop Justine. I receive weekly emails and my program is updated regularly to keep me on top of my fitness.
There are days when I just don't want to train but I can hear Justine telling me "you are only cheating yourself", this makes me push out that extra pushup, flutter kick for a full minute and jump squat that extra one.
Even from across the world Justine is motivating me to keep pushing myself and to eat healthy. Thanks is just not enough, I owe her so much more.

Justine is the Boss
When I started with Justine in January 2008, I am sure she was thinking "what have I let myself in for?"
In my first 45 min session I suffered from muscle fatigue, dyspepsia, cramps and heat stress.
Then I went on ad nauseum describing all of the legitimate ailments that had stopped me from exercising and assisted me gaining a whopping 15kgs.
I wouldn't have blamed Justine if she had simply 'passed'. Oh yeah, I had just turned 51 - I was no spring chicken!
Well, here I am nearly two years later, working out with Justine 3 times per week and running up and down Currumbin Hill with a vengeance.
I have lost 10kgs, but more importantly I am really fit, well and happy!
